Zofiówka Thermal Electric Power Station

High Pressure Regeneration Preheaters PWU-150/125-5-300 (TG1) and PWU-150/125-551-300 (TG2) with new system of pipelines in heaters area space.

These preheaters are high pressures, regenerations, superficials, trizones, U-tubes heat exchangers of perpendicular type.

They are high pressure unit of feed water heater in turbine sets systems TG32 No1 and 2 in “Zofiówka” Thermal-Electric Power Station.

Heating factor it is steam from turbine tapping point and condensate from this steam.

Every heater consist from property heater and cooler of condensate.

Property heater has constructional isolated zone for heat exchange in cycle of superheated steam and condensate zone.

Water chamber with tube system and steam chamber made heater all-welded and irreducible.

Basic parameters:

- absolute surface of heat exchange 150 m ²

- maximum quantity of heater changed 6,34 MW

- calculation hypertension:

water space 21,0 MPa

steam space 3,5 MPa

- Calculation temperature

water space 240 ^oC

steam space 350 ^oC
