Boiler Engineering Design Office History
Boiler engineering design office has existed since 1947, and since 1993 it has been independent office according to polish comercial code.
Since the begining of its existence CBKK is mainly dealing with designing all kinds of boilers and energetical systems for domestic and foreign customers. Designing works are carried out comprehensively ie together with accompanying fittings and among others, steel supporting structures, brickworks,insulations, automatic and control systems.
Accomplished are also, in full scope, studial and conceptional works regarding boiler technique and energetical systems, opinions and expertises.
The office has got significant achievments in designing devices for domestic power industry, including:
· Boilers for power plants for capacity of 25, 50, 120, 200 MW power and has considerable participation in working out documentation for capacity 360 and 500 MW.
Working out and implementation for manufacturing series of types of small and medium power modern boilers for power industry and heat engineering and recovery boilers for various demands of technological processes.
Implementation of development and designery-constructional works in the scope of water and steam fluidal boilers having stationary bed with the heat capacity 6, 8 and 40 Gcal/h.
Works in sphere of modernization and reconstruction of boilers working for power industry and industry mainly considering guarantees of admissible amount of nitrogen and sulfur emission connected with transition from coal firing to gas or heavy oil firing.
High and low pressure regenerative heat exchangers and water deaeration stations for capacity of 25, 50, 120, 200, and 360 MW power.
The office has got also profitable balance as far as designing of boilers and energetistic systems for export is considered. The most important to be mentioned are:
· Heavy boilers of 650 t/h capacity for Bobow-Do3 Power Station in Bulgaria, 380 t/h for China, 330 t/h for Kutch Power Station in India, 100 t/h for Steel Works Karabuk in Turkey and 70 t/h for Rhodos Power Station in Greece.
Heavy and medium power boilers for sugar factories, heat generating plants and production plants in Albania, Algeria, Bulgaria, former Chechoslovakia, China, Egypt, India, Iraq, Iran, former Yugoslavia, Korea, Cuba, former DDR, Marocco, Pakistan, Germany, Turkey, Vietnam, Hungary and former SU.
Working out projects together with considerable participation in implementation for manufacturing, heat exchangers, stabilizers of pressure, steam generators and others for nuclear power engineering devices.
The office has got the staff possesing high qualifications at its disposal having long-term experience handed down from ganeration to generation.
We are equipped with up to date computers, together with the appropiate software and ample technological archive. There is quality system working at the office from 2005, now consistent with demands of PL EN ISO-9001:2015 standard.
We cooperate with renowned manufacturers of boilers and energetical systems and designing offices as well.
We assure completness of designing works consisting of the whole selection of engineering specialities taking in to account engineering branch, fulfilling author supervision duties at the construction site and at plants, maintenance of activators and setting deliveries.
