Friendship Coking Plant in Dąbrowa Górnicza
Preheaters PN-60/48-010 and PC-400-010.
These preheaters are intended for work in condenser negative source turbine set with power 21MWe.
Heating agent for heaters is steam from turbine set 1,2 bar (a).
First and second preheater are superficial, jacket tubular U-tabular heat exchangers of cylindrical, horizontal type.
Regeneration preheater of condensate PN-60/48-010.
Construction of preheater is: inlet chamber of water ( condenser) , tube system with steam chamber (compact system, fully welded, no disassembling )
Measuring column is accommodated to build over of radar type level converter. Tube system is equipped in condensate coolers.
Preheater of network water PC-400-010 .
Construction of preheater is sectional and composed from inlet – outlet box of water, tube system, steam box. Main connection is equipped in metal membrane packing.
